Serious question. I went to Houston last February from Friday to Sunday, I kid you NOT, I received about 10 Amber Alerts. Went to Dalls last month for 1 day and got 2 Amber Alerts. I asked the Uber guy and he said a lot of it is because it's borders Mexico and people travel with their kids back there. But that can't be the case for everyone. What is going on out there??
