Could you explain why some people get a lot of wear in the joints but don’t get pain where others do?

@dazholi

I’m in my late 30’s. I have problems with posture and I’m realizing the whole system of joints, ligaments, muscles needed to maintain good posture - but don’t know where to start. I find so much of gym and workout culture is focused on appearance, not function. I just want to age well. I want to know what muscles to work to not injure my joints. I want to know what stretches to do to have good range of motion. If I’m going to spend time “working out” I want to know that it’s helping my body age well and not putting more stress on my body.

Are spine MRIs really accurate? Can one have a normal MRI but still have radiculopathy/radicular pain or have a messy MRI and no symptoms?

It would be very interesting to make a video for Kinetic control or different methods of manual Therapy or a combination of them.

Hello E3 Rehab! First of all, thank you so much for all these free resources. I ruptured my Achilles tendon many years ago but I haven't completed my physical therapy so my Achilles got thicker, and feels very tight and has a small lumps. What should be the protocol for a very late rehab for this? Thank you.

@DeepFriedHugs

What sort of increased risk is associated with bringing dumbbells up from your knees in a seated position to do shoulder press rather than a shoulder press machine. Or is it much of a difference at all in terms of preserving our shoulder health and ability to train them as we slowly decline towards death . Cheers

What can I do about knee pain after sprained ankles?

7 months ago | 0

@elm_edits

I have a question about the return to sport for a turf toe injury - would all of this be the same for an MTP sprain that came from overextending the toe in the OPPOSITE direction - catching the big toe under the foot/body weight? (Something yhwt wouldn’t happen in a shoe but did in bare feet in modern dance). Any additional exercises geared to that variation and or for a dancer? Thanks!

None because youtube shorts is trash and you can't get important details across in time. It is just a form of low quality content
