Sorry for the lack of videos as of late, I've been super busy and haven't had a lot of time to work on videos but I do hope to get one or two out this month, no promises though. Speaking of which, I did talk about beginning the Godzilla Retrospective this year, specifically dropping the first video in one month on Godzilla Day. However, there has been something that I have been thinking about with these videos. For a while, I've thought about doing them in a similar style to the Gamera Retrospective where I look at a bunch of movies in each video, splitting them into their respective eras, however, I have also thought about doing a machete method style for the retrospective where I review a random Godzilla movie in each of the videos.
The main differences aside from general style would be the release schedule, the second obviously being much quicker than the first since I only have to talk about one movie a video as opposed to 5+, and also considering how life has been going, a big Godzilla Retrospective part 1 covering the first several Showa movies would probably release at the start of the new year, considering it'd probably be at least 2 hours long.
So, what would you rather have, lengthier videos covering multiple movies at once, or shorter videos covering one movie at a time in a random machete order? Thank you!!
