Yes, but I find that I'd rather not. It would take such a specific way to do this to make it work that it's not worth it. Bad Batch worked for the Emperor because it was a secret project. Rebels worked because we got Vader being a boss and not even fazed by the Jedi in it besides Ahsoka. Unless they make Luthen some secret Jedi who dies at Vader's hands to save his network, or Andor has to upend a project important enough to the Emperor to get his attention then I don't see it working well. This show has had major problems with Character Stagnation as is and I would prefer their energy being focused on fixing that rather than perfecting their handling of the Sith when they haven't shown they can evolve their main characters.

Hopefully not. Andor can stand on its own feet without force or light sabering aspects in it. I found good dialogue scenes way more impactful

My guess is Palpatine if Ian returned to voice him in the Senate returned for a Kenobi cameo then why not for a scene like that. Hopefully we see him in the Senate.
