Was working out hard body weight stuff. Added some dumb bell workout. Finish with boxing. But I'm concentrated on fully healing a groin injury which I need to strengthen so it doesn't happen again. I'm 48

I would prefer to focus on my back, legs shoulders. The rest of my body will benefit from those areas being stronger.
