Yes His Character Hasn't be consistent in recent times but people are acting like he's only had one good run

I think it's because his character was more clear back then and less contradictory. Post-Flashpoint Jason is torn between fighting the Batfamily and trying to make peace with them. It might have worked if they hadn't made the Batfamily dumb and too forgiving in order to keep making Jason fight the Batfamily and then reunite with them over and over again
