I think alcaraz has taken a mental blow at Wimbledon and his game is a little error prone as compared to Sinner's. I think Sinner is an overwhelming favourite.

Sinner is generally the better player on grass and hard courts, so probably him. Unless Alcaraz just plays so aggressively that sinner can’t really do much, Sinner will win
