Donald Trump opened the floodgates now, since you dont have to be a straight up politician to be President of America anymore.
And who better to be President than a Brilliant Scientist?
Politicians are corrupt. Business people are greedy.
I am considering suggesting and nominating several people to be considered via a public poll for President. I am planning to ask the public which scientist they could consider maybe voting for to be the next President of the United States. Ofcourse a scientist who already is in the spotlight and could hold their own with the media, would probably be ideal, but we should not rule anyone out.
Examples of Potential Scientists to be President of the United States, and or at least them running for President would be a big step for the scientific community even if they dont win. For example, imagine how cool it would be to have a scientist on the debate stage debating climate change with politicians?
