Most “morally righteous” in personal moral growth and empathy: Robert F. Kennedy. Most “righteous” in terms of tangible, sustained public service: Ted Kennedy. Most about image and power, less about righteousness: John F. Kennedy. If I had to pick one, I’d say Robert—because unlike the other two, his trajectory was visibly toward moral seriousness rather than away from it.
