Well yes, when you are conditioned to not exist basically, to avoid being a burden whatsoever to anyone, you grow up, and every social situation where you need to exist becomes a fight, it gets really exhausting

I stop my self from trying to be funny, charming, ect, it helps when theres no pressure to be anything, talking to people with curiosity was the big break through for me being curious and openly listening about them as a person I think makes them feel heard, encouraging people to do what they like in social environments like "you wanna do this? Yeah, let's do it right now" (depens on the context) creates a good bond. It takes practice to not be nervous and to be fluent with your voice,i had a time in mylife i would try diffrent styles of reaction to see witch one would get the best response, I found best to take conversation or anything with curiosity In the end feel fullfiled at the end and not just tired "self improve" (torture) Don't push your self to hard go with passion

I fall into one of two traps— getting triangulated into someone else’s situation and being too in my head that I’m not having an authentic reaction

@DavidConnerCodeaholic

I’m just worried about reverberations from past happenings which I won’t know other people are concerned about. So I’m anxious about other people’s anxieties… very meta and hard to discuss openly.
