I'm currently watching the $40 package from Dubai the chocolate bar with what looks like... stuffed with pistachio. I say it looks "like" because I didn't wait to find out... I paused your video. I think you should use the best dark chocolate with the best nut mix that you would put inside the best nut roll that you've ever had. My Italian Aunt used to make this thin pastry crust roll that had 2 inch thick nut mixture in it it was delicious you can't find it anywhere. Used seasonal spices Christmas is coming... but you can try a nut pumpkin spice in chocolate.
