Thank you PMG for supporting artists that companies would rather ignore! And thank you to Rasheed and others for being brave enough to make art about a subject people here in the West would like to forget!

Bscked it. I'm not sure if this game will be made, or if I have the emotional fortitude to play it if it does, but I agree this is a message that needs to get out.

I can't afford to help fund it, but I'll add a comment anywhere I see it to hopefully boost its reach!

I hope you make a short video talking about this game so more people can potentially donate

Thank you so much for supporting this game. I’ll donate when I finally get the funds to do so. PMG has really stood up for the people who make and enjoy games 💜

My dad is a retired CS lecturer with 15 years of experience, he came out of retirement to help Palestinian students who can't go to university due to the Israeli occupation. May all Palestinians find peace.

People Make Games
If you watched PMG's video on Palestine last year, you'll know about Rasheed Abueideh and his story.
He's a Palestinian game dev, living in the West Bank, and experiencing the horror of a genocide many of us can only witness through a screen halfway around the world.
In that video, from over a year ago now, Rasheed spoke about his plans to tell the story of the 1948 Nakba ('The Catastophe') through his next project.
Unfortunately, no publisher has dared touch a game that looks to tell Palestine's own history in this way.
So it's up to all of us instead!
Today, Rasheed and his team are announcing Dreams on a Pillow and are looking to crowdfund its development.
Let's show them how much we all have their back, yeah?
