Let’s hope for a regime change for the people of Iran who have been brutalised by this regime.

This would've been so much easier, and cheaper in 1979.

I'm going to quote Forrest Gump: "Stupid is what Stupid do". Iran will soon figuere out not to mess with Israel.

I've come to understand Netanyahu a bit well. When he told the world to note the name fakrizade when no one knows him, few years later the Iranian was eliminated and the world came to know the villain that fakrizade was. Now Israel is saying they will retaliate at the time and place of their choosing. Israel will hit Iran when they have forgotten what they did and think they are more secure.

The Iranian people have stood up to their govt twice during democrat run administrations and we sat by and did nothing. Unless the Iranian people have robust support from the US and other entities in the middle east nothing will change.

The P5+1 wanted to unwind Iran’s nuclear program to the point that if Tehran decided to pursue a nuclear weapon, it would take at least one year, giving world powers time to respond. Heading into the JCPOA negotiations, U.S. intelligence officials estimated that, in the absence of an agreement, Iran could produce enough nuclear material for a weapon in a few months. Negotiating nations feared that Iran’s moves to become a nuclear weapons state risked thrusting the region into a new crisis. One concern was that Israel would take preemptive military action against suspected nuclear facilities in Iran, as it had in Iraq and Syria, perhaps triggering reprisals by Lebanon-based Hezbollah or disruptions to the transport of oil in the Persian Gulf. Additionally, Saudi Arabia has since signaled a willingness to obtain a nuclear weapon if Iran successfully detonates one. The invasions of Israel and Ukraine have brought a sudden recognition: What appeared to be, until now, disparate and disorganized challenges to the United States and its allies is actually something broader, more integrated, more aggressive, and more dangerous. Over the past several years, the world has hardened into two competing blocs. One is an alliance of liberal-minded, Western-oriented countries that includes NATO as well as U.S. allies in Asia and Oceania, with the general if inconsistent cooperation of some non-liberal countries such as Saudi Arabia and Vietnam: a Liberal Alliance, for short. The other bloc is led by the authoritarian dyad of Russia and Iran, but it extends to anti-American states such as North Korea, militias such as Hezbollah, terrorist organizations such as Hamas and Palestine Islamic Jihad, and paramilitaries such as the Wagner Group: an Axis of Resistance, as some of its members have accurately dubbed it.

Regime change is unlikely, as Iraq exerts near total control over society....They also have many leaders from civil and religious sectors from which to choose

Arrow defense performed flawlessly. What is the point of this second attack? This just made Iran look weak and unable to project any effective attack on Israel.

No video on how the Iron Dome shot down all Iranian missiles?

Iran is still primitive. Their idea of war seems to be, that mass expenditures make up for lack of strategy. Or this is simply a pretentious show of force to keep their proxy thugs loyal, meaning, it's intended to gain support and loyalty and what may happen negatively to Israel because of this, is secondary.

Isreal should be worried of someone who has nothing to loose, the views and commentary from there people after this missile strike says it all, Iran may not warn through proxy next time and release volley of missiles on Israel. Iranian missile are becoming more accurate than previous years gone by. There's no gain in bloodshed. Peaceful resolution of Palestinian independence should be paramount in the lips of Western leadership not war.

On the other hand, Israel's missile shield appears to have been demonstrated to be more or less ineffective. There are many videos online showing dozens and dozens of unintercepted Iranian missiles, in clusters, striking ground targets in Israel. If Iranian claims of successfully striking multiple Israeli F35s at the highly protected Nevatim air base turn out to be true, it is more likely that the Israeli government will collapse and the Iranian regime will gain prestige and respect throughout the region.

Defense Updates
This escalation could lead to the crippling of Iran's nuclear program and the fall of the regime. There have been civil unrest and protests in 2022 which were curtailed with brutal force.
Iranian leadership may not have properly thought through this.
What do you guys think?
