RehabFix

Unfortunately, this is happening every day…

❌ Many patients are led to believe spinal manipulation, soft tissue work, electrotherapy, dry needling, or taping will fix their back pain.

They might feel temporary relief, but these treatments rarely address the root cause. Most of the time, they just mask symptoms or chase imagined biomechanical faults.

Research (JOSPT, 2011) confirms it, these methods provide minimal, short-term benefits at best.

This can build frustration, fear, and dependency on treatments that don’t actually solve the problem.

🔑 Symptom-focused treatments are not the solution. Movement, strength, and functional rehabilitation are what create long-term recovery.

Don’t be fooled by “quick fixes” that leave you stuck in pain. Learn how your body really heals and take control of your spine health.

@ConstableCinnamon

I'm a massage therapist. I beg my clients to also see the personal trainer in combination with what I do. Many times though they just want me to fix it when in reality it's up to them to take charge of their own health.
