I've partnered up with Brooklyn (and Taiwan) - based@yunhaishop to bring you the most gorgeous, most iconic name in Asian rice/steam cooking history☺️. For those not familiar, this is the @TATUNGTW steam cooker (in its original, retro-beautiful red and green) that uses a double boiler-type mechanism to cook your rice, soups, stews, etc etc. People on Reddit swear theirs have been in the family for 30...40 years.
I'm going to be filming the review over the next few weeks. It's a magical piece of equipment, but it's hard to describe exactly why (I'm hoping I get the words down for you all😂). If any of you have questions (or maybe comments if you've used one in your family) I would love to hear about it.
