I use my desktop for gaming. A little on my gaming laptop too. Also bring my MacBook and iPad to work. 😂

Laptop and handheld. Use the laptop for work and more intense games and use the handheld chilling on the plane or in bed for my older title back log collection. Some games just feel better handheld. Laptop is the legion pro 7i 5080 and handheld currently until steam deck two is the Ally x running bazzite. And ps5 pro in the living room. I’ll build a new desktop when the 6000 series come out with hdmi 2.2 and new cpu ram in the next year or so. For now I’ll be pairing the legion with one of the many 27 inch qhd Oled panels.

Android handheld are starting to look pretty good, but I'd say x86 handheld.

A 14” laptop (like the Asus G14) or a 15” like the Legion 5 would be ideal. Not really into handhelds for the small screen. I always bring a laptop when I travel anyway, adding a handheld is just extra baggage!

According to me handhelds are still not that practical due to copius amount of battery consumption and less longitivity, phone are good but only with native moble games using cloud is bothersome as it still isn't as refined as native apps + need of a gamepad + latency issues, lastly laptop is closest to get a pc experience and portability with right amount battery timing

Laptop. I do work, studies and editing on the road as well. I don't want or need 4 different devices — although I might try out Steam Deck 2 when it comes out. Stuff I play usually requires more than smaller options can offer.

I have tried high-end gaming PCs and two Lenovo Legion gaming laptops. Right now,l'm using a Khadas PC with a GPU, and I mostly enjoy using a PC instead of a laptop. As soon as the upcoming ASUS handheld is released, 1 will try it." Let me know if you want it

Laptop. The ergonomics of handhelds and phones just don't work for me.

I don't travel any more, so the only that would make sense to me, laptop.

Steamdeck OLED for my portable gaming needs on the go and Mini ITX build with an ultrawide monitor for my desktop gaming needs and another mini ITX build sitting under the TV for my couch gaming needs. Have zero use cases for a laptop especially a gaming laptop and mobile gaming is just no... just no.

I’d go gaming laptop because handhelds like steam deck can’t play everything just yet.
