A year has passed since the death of my son. Every day is a struggle. The content genius was bright, whitty, creative and kind. He was not kind to himself however. Couldn't shake his addiction and fascination with drugs. With the help of close loved ones, my daughter, friends and you all, I carry my burden a little lighter. I am so grateful to have been Michael's dad. Choosing to focus on the gifts he gave me, coaching little league, skiing, travel, our channel, helps me not fall into the abyss of depression. I really love being a dad and a lawyer and will forever be grateful to you all for all your encouragement support and love for Michael.
