Yes, in a way. The excess for anybody not truly wealthy is over. If not, you will be paying a lot more than the rich people for the same items because of interest! Upper middle class like me are often being smarter, but some are still living way above their means.

Dead for now…. We need a massive housing crash… and then people to realize that maybe housing should be considered a utility instead of an investment. Buy a house use it for shelter… take your money invest in something else. Housing as a utility or tool means more mobility for everyone including yourself.
