I've been in a bit of a depressive slump since before the last run of Roll for Insight, and the bright/hot weather makes that worse every year.
I've been pushing through up to now, but with the med change, the inadvertent med pause and some personal stuff going on, I've hit my limit and have hit a bit of a depressive collapse AND a BP capping out at 175/120.
Doubtless, I'll be back sooner than I think, and yet another med adjustment for the BP is on the way.
I just get antsy about not meeting my commitments without explaining why.
