I really don't think you need to to pull the vacuum in the molds that much. Probably one vac pull max and heat molds with a hot plate from bottom of the molds mildly till re melted so it will cool slower slower and give a nice uniform texture and then just let it cool slower the better I'm betting. Fun idea for some bored processors wanting to serve in specific shapes. Lol I think your adding CO2 more each time you pull while warm, I only use it to remove solvents but not while it's that hot already . Heat gun is like 900°f.
