Hello, lucidstars here~ maybe this will be my last community post, so please read it carefully.
I saw people mentioning the stuff on Twitter, but let me explain it.
Before that, I'll not justify my behaviour, and I'm sincerely apologize if you think this is a dishonesty. As you guys read from my previous community post, I used mtl for translating the lyrics, but not all of them. I just use it when I'm really lost, and that's why I always said that not 100% of my translation is right. I read all stories that are connected with those songs and that's why sometimes I put some of my point of view on the tls. So really, I translate it by myself too, but also sometimes with the help of those mtl. I'm sorry if what I did is not transparent enough. I've edited all description notes to explicitly say that I'm using mtl for my translation lyrics.
But! Aside from that, I really want to be done with this. I'm tired of being compared with and being hated for something that I don't get any profit from (this is not the first time anyway). I make these lyrics videos as a hobby from the start, I've never known that the channel will grow this big, and many people will rely on / analyst from my tls. That's why I made this apology community post.
Again, that's also not the only reason that I quit. I have a lot on my plates too irl, so it's better that I quit instead of continuing to fight for the things that do not benefit me in any other way. I'll start my internship next month (yeayyy) and it'll be suuupppeer busy to handle this channel by myself, to provide an on time video lyrics for you guys. That's why I decide to stop, I don't want to get pressured by my own thoughts.
Thank you for the past 2,5 years, for the 27k subscribers (WOW), for the love and appreciation that you guys give me. I appreciate it so much~
So let me end this with, lucidstarts will be off of making video for their channel since today (maybe permanent?). But don't worry, the channel will still be up (with the edited video description).
