Excited for the Cab episode! They got on the same level as Breathe Carolina, The Rocket Summer, and Echosmith. One crossover pop song equals my student activities, council at my college probably paid them 10 K to come do a concert on our campus in 2012.

Very interested in The Cab! Sort of lost track of them after the first album, which I still listen to sometimes, and then I found out only 2 years ago they changed formation (?) and quit🤷♀

Hello! New subscriber as well. It's been really interesting to hear a lot about the Fueled By Ramen and Decaydance bands. I started following FOB at the start of their IOH era (definitely my favorite album) and haven't stopped, lol. These bands definitely formed my teenage years! I'm glad that your channel exists.

You’re lucky you just now finally got Covid bro. I got it for the second time in June after flying to Atlanta to see Coheed, get well and rest up it sucks. Came on super quick for me and had me laid up for awhile ❤️

HEY Y'ALL!
Man, I haven't updated this blog section thingy in like over a year... whoops! Does anyone read this shit??
Anyways... I'm laying in bed sick right now, it took me 3 years but I finally got COVID and boy does it suck! I do not recommend. I'm slowly but surely getting better but boy this is no fun! Lol
That being said, I've noticed some new subscribers on the channel, so first and foremost I want to say HELLO and WELCOME! to any new viewers of The Cozy Representative :) Myself and the Cozy Community are happy to have you! My legal name is Julian and I've been running this channel on my own for a little over four years now, and these videos you see are my pride and joy. I've been through some ups and downs but I'm still kickin' and I hope you enjoy what you see. The main reason I make these videos is so you can curl up and enjoy a nice blast from the past, but also hopefully gain some insight about the inner-workings on these bands we grew up on that you may not have known before. So again, happy to have you here and I hope you enjoy the videos! :)
A couple quick updates I wanted to throw out there:
Yes, yes I know. I kinda dropped the ball on the whole "I'll be covering the entire new Fall Out Boy album rollout" thing. A whole lot has happened in the world of FOB since my last FOB8 update haha. Fear not: as soon as I am over this whole Covid mumbo jumbo, the first thing I'll be doing is another FOB8 update. It won't be as ~thorough~ as the first few videos, but I'll be giving my thoughts and opinions on the Big stuff that has happened (the 2 new songs, the album title/artwork, the tour, Joe stepping away, etc.) Unless anything else big and noteworthy happens, I probably won't do another FOB update video until the whole album comes out where I'll give my thoughts on that. Simply because, as much as I theoretically would love to just turn this into a Fall Out Boy worship channel (lmfao) there are lots of other videos in the works which I would like to devote more of my time to!
And that leads me into my next update...
Also once I get over covid, I will be finishing up my next video, which has been in the works for the past few weeks, which will be the rise and fall of 2008 Fueled By Ramen RnB Emo rockers THE CAB! This band has a very interesting story with lots of ups and downs and I think this video will be very cool.
And one last thing: for anyone who is unaware, I do have a podcast which I started recently called TheCozyRep Podcast. If you look up TheCozyRep Podcast (stylized just like that) on Spotify or Apple Podcasts you will find it. Believe it or not, I have episodes 2 and 3 of that dang thing already recorded, I just need to finish editing them. And once I do, they will be up ASAP! So stay on the lookout for those.
