King Ghidorah. He's literally the only One on the list that isn't directly tied Up to Godzilla's story (unless we talk about the Heisei version, but even in that case it's not directly tied to G). I know Destoroyah have a badass design but he needed the Oxygen Destroyer to mutate. Marvel Godzilla IS Godzilla, and Spacegodzilla is like a clone, so yeah, Ghidorah would make the most sense as a Superman villain

King Ghidorah without doubt Its an alien that doesn't require any pre-req to exist. The others however do. SpaceG NEEDS Godzilla to exist, Destoroyah NEEDS an oxygen destroyer event to occur, Marvel Godzilla's just kinda of there i guess. Not Ghiddy tho, he can smoke a krpytonian any day of the week
