Read the job description - instead of hiring a filming crew, they're hiring 2 random people to film their travels. They essentially want to hire a travel influencer. Edit: for everyone missing the point, this is an unpaid/underpaid job. A filmcrew is supposed to have a full salary alongside the travel and accommodation covered by the company they're working for. This job does not mention any of that, which means you burn through your savings. Why do y'all want to be unpaid employees?

Always think twice when the opportunity you're getting is "too good to be true".

They want them to record for the company and then they post it every where it is like marketing videos, post and images just like we do in digital marketing. I think this is not for any ordinary person it is the job for vlogger and influencer. And they will select only an already established influencer or vlogger, who already has social media presence and then they just use him for their digital marketing campaign.

“Everyone’s hyping up Scapia’s new ‘Chief of Your Own Life’ role, but if you look closely, it’s basically a glorified travel guide position with a fancy title. Travel companies have always compensated employees for guiding customers through their journeys — this isn’t really new. The difference is just in the branding and the marketing spin, almost like a lucky draw campaign to create buzz.”
