Crash Bandicoot the Wrath of Cortex is the first game I remember playing on PS2, but I was introduced to Ratchet and Clank and the rest is history.

As a big final fantasy 7-9 fan I remember seeing ads for 10 and I was excited to play it but not growing up with a lot of money I knew I'd have to wait to play it. One day my dad comes home with a copy of FF10, and I was so excited and then immediately sad thinking well great, now I can stare at the box until I get a PS2 lol. So I told my dad this is great but I can't play it on PS1. He then revealed that he also bought a PS2 and I about died. I gladly mowed the lawn for free all summer as payment. So long story short 10 was the first game I played on PS2, and it was and is still an amazing game. My dad passed in 2015 and this is still a great memory for me.

Technically Crash Bandicoot 2, I used the PS2 (my first ever console) mainly to play PS1 games at first. Yay backwards compatibility! First actual PS2 game was Wrath of Cortex.

Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy 💛💚💙 I didn't have a memory card so I ended up leaving my PS2 on for days....poor thing 😂 still have it and played on it today, still going stro

Mine was crash wrath of cortex, and man it was awesome. I grew up with all 3 crash ps1 titles and ctr and crash bash, its actually why I subbed to your channel in the first place, your crash 100% videos I've been watching for like 15 years haha

I can't remember exactly which game it was but if I dig far enough into my memory bank, my earliest memories are of Tekken 4, GTA3 and Gran Turismo 3. San Andreas gets an honourable mention as I have early memories but i'm certain it wasn't the first game I ever played on a Ps2. Crash Bandicoot 2 also gets an honourable mention.

My family had a PS2 for as long as I can remember. I remember that we had five games that came with it; EyeToy Play 2, Spyro Enter the Dragonfly, 2 Harry Potter games (Quidditch World Cup and Prisoner of Azkaban) and Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.

I think the first game I had was Dark Cloud as it was a launch title if I remember right; I was pulled into the world so easily and played it start to finish near-enough within a month.

Don't remember too well. I had very few PS2 games, and I'm pretty sure they were all just scrimblo bimblo platformers. I think it was either Spyro: A Hero's Tail or the first Ratchet & Clank.

Final Fantasy X! I could not wait until we finally got to play it and it was so worth the wait! PS2 remains as one of the best gaming consoles in history in my mind still!

I didn't get one until Christmas 2004, got it with Gran Turismo 3, Final Fantasy X, and a Harry Potter game that barely got played. Seymour Flux and first-time playthroughs, what a combo that was.

I don't recall the first ps2 game i played, but I know it was between both Crash Bandicoot wrath of cortex and scooby-doo nights of 100 frights. Also eventually bought kingdom hearts and ffxii.

I grew up a Nintendo gal, so I didn't get my first Playstation console until I was twelve. And when dad and I picked up the PS3, I bought the Sly Collection and Thieves in Time as my first games for it, and played them nonstop.

Oooh... you know, I don't actually know. I had a few games when it was bought for me. Technically my first EVER PS2 disc was a demo of FFX that came with the PAL PS1 release of FFVI. It may have been Crash WoC, FFX or Tekken Tag - one of those

A few months ago we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Playstation. Today, its successor turns 25, which is even wilder to me. This was the first console I bought on release, and by that I mean I went to the store every day for three weeks until they finally had one because it was hard to get in the beginning. Since I live in Europe, this was not until December 15th, so it's still "only" 24 years old to me. My first game was Tekken Tag Tournament. What was yours?
