Thankyou Kseny, I loved it, and actually I have followed you a year or more, and just realized how much better I feel, my bladder is much better, I can cough without leaking, and that is really great. My eyes are better, my legs are stronger.I work on balance and remembering to bend my legs when picking up things. Lifelong bad habits. I am 73, but there is hope anyway ❤
