I purposely did not buy any new Thomas merchandise from Mattel because of their horrid mistreatment of the Thomas franchise in general, but especially the Thomas Wooden Railway line. I jumped ship to both other leading wooden train brands that put more effort into their products and 3D printed models produced by the fans.
