She knew enough to play Harry, but she lacks the ability to understand the bigger concept and join the dots. She is only interested in everything that is of use for her. She cannot change her perspective. Everything is driven by her own needs and expectations. Everyone around her is an extra in her one-woman drama. Other people exist to be used and drained and thrown away. Obviously, that is not how the Royal Family works. So, she threw a few tantrums and tried to ridicule the RF publicly.
