Very, very true. Especially for me, that first one. I'm only 37 but social anxiety has taken away so much from me in those years. 2 solid decades of not living.

Very true. I used to want the latest and greatest but, at 70y/o, I've completely downsized to comfort needs. I've noticed in the last 5-7 years that my health has slipped a couple of notches, so I'm more aware of being kinder to my body. I used to think I was invincible and death was forever away. Now I see it's closer than I'd like it to be and I'm trying to work at my spirituality and being at peace in my mind, heart and soul.

Unfortunately, some of us are physically, and I loathe using this word, “victims” of circumstances. My goal was to reach 60. I’m 61. I win! 😂
