The reason I like text more is because you can add/ take away any tone you want on the text. Sometimes when I hear people speak it I disagree with how they interpret the tone of the text which completely takes me out of the video.

I really only like the one text to speech voice that's usually used on the horror/supernatural reddit stories All the others tend to sound like nails on a chalkboard to me
