I grew up my dad only bought me abugarcia 5500s, I pitched flipped, deep cranked, n Carolina rigged, n that to this day is how I find my fish, if s buddy has a finder the knowledge of depth n temp are great but I don't stare at em.

Yours is one of the few fishing channels that I watch on a daily basis. Im old school and fish from the bank. Nothing against electronics, but I'm with you on forward facing sonar.

Randy. I am 63 years old. I have been bass fishing since five years old. My Father thought Bluegill's were sissy fish. So I started fishing for the Largemouth early. You speak my fishing Language. I have seen you take some serious hits on YouTube lately. You are a Stand up Guy. You say what you mean. You mean what you say. Very rare these days. I appreciate you and your fishing knowledge. Just like my Dad talked about bass fishing and how it's really done. I also think Forward Facing Sonar is bad for competition bass fishing Take the know how out of Competition fishing and you get Nascar. What I mean! Is certain changes aren't always good. If you want the sonar for recreation fishing. O.k. No problem. But wasn't the umbrella rig band too. Great for fishing recreational fishing. Bad for Tournament fishing. I think Professional bass fishing will go by the way side. Very soon. If it continues this route! Anyway Randy. Keep moving forward my bass fishing friend. Hi Randy, I watched your many videos on FFS and I had the same dilemma about how I can catch fish without lots of time on the water. I did much research and I use high percentage techniques and I rarely get skunked with zero electronics.

I spent a shameless amount of money at TW, and tried to use your links. You deserve it Randy. I’ve been doing really well on those Magabass Vision100’s. I don’t mind telling you that, it’s a sickening feeling when you lose a big fish. But, it’s all but, catastrophic, when you lose a $25 bait!! 😱. Sometimes you gotta laugh to keep from crying. I’ve caught more fish from watching your channel the past 6mo, than in the past 10yrs. Glad to see your channel growing…you deserve it!!! Now about the prices of those jerkbaits….
