Honestly, I stopped caring about views. The only reason that I still make videos on my channel is because I've developed a passion for it. Throwing away your channel like this just seems like a huge waste imo, but I can sort of understand if you've lost all motivation to continue

That's entirely valid. YouTube is fun for creators when things go well. And when things go down hill then it can feel depressing. So if you take a break, or retire I will understand.

When I saw your last post, I was definitely sad about it, but you know, I just figured even if I left a comment you probably wouldn’t see it. I mean, most people on here never do. But I’ll say it now, your content was probably what got me into the BotW side of YouTube (minus the “fun facts” videos). I would definitely be sad to see you leave permanently. But hey, do whatever is best for you, y’know?

yeah I can sympathize with that. No longer getting pushed by the algorithm coupled with getting burned out on similar content for a long time is a huge drain on energy and motivation. If you ever come back, I highly recommend diversifying your content a bit. After all, there's only going to be so much you can do in BotW that you'll have to move on eventually, and diversifying has helped me enjoy content creation much more.

I stopped uploading as well since I lost motivation, this channel was just an experiment to see what would happen if i made a video and stuff but it slowly became not a clip channel but an entertainment channel, another reason I made this channel is to see how much money I would get, yes and I didn’t even reach that goal since I do not have subs, thats all really. Maybe I Will upload tears of the kingdom but it Will take some time.

Not telling you to go back to posting, but I disagree with what you said about falling from someone of importance to being a nobody. You're still a very important person for many people in your community and in the botw community as a whole. And you're far from a nobody. So many people aspire to be someone like you. And even if you think that about yourself, no one, and I mean no one, is nobody. Everyone is someone, and has a tale to tell. So you're not allowed to say you're nobody when you've built a community around you and impacted thousands of people.

I tried, I really did. But attempting to keep up a dead channel to no avail is basically a waste of time, I even so much so to publicize my shitposts again and heart old comments just so the notifications pop up maybe. I know this statement makes me seem like an a$$hole but it's hard to happily/genuinely wanna post something when you suddenly fall from someone of importance to a world where you're basically nobody again. I know I didn't start this channel solely because of clout, but if I'm being honest, I kinda care about it. And I'd rather spend more time doing IRL stuff than try to revive this channel. Once again, see you all in TOTK. Fame is like a drug, I just got addicted to it.
