Matter of fact I remember this!! We were all arguing whether or not we thought the Clash had sold out by that point! I only missed Topper by then, cos they weren’t the same without him once he put his unmistaken influence on the Clash, it was never really the same. Topper was sick, and needed to get well, but they were all sick with their excesses at that point, but anyway, no disrespect to Terry Chimes (Tory Crimes… the 1st wave of English punk had the best stage names…..) the only band that really mattered!
