Satakshi from the day you have appeared in my YouTube feed to today, I watch almost all your shorts, posts, and videos. I can not claim every single one of the videos, but i like your content, the experience you share and personal understanding or understanding of personal life through the work life and career you have lived. Even though the band of organization you have worked in was a big deal and the band I worked in is far apart , but I agree 100%, some of us put ourselves to extreme pressures to work and deliver especially when we are young and in that process we lose our health, may be relationships and then suffer the consequences. The personal stuff that you have shared here made me write this long comment. The only thing i can tell you is Meditation has helped me a great deal in recovery of everything. I do Heartfulness Meditation and it has given me a lot of solace and connection. If you like you can search about it. I am not sure the country you are in it is present there. If not just search online linkedin etc you can write to heartfulness thats what i did when i reached out to them.

Your words carry so much strength and vulnerability. It takes immense courage to share something so personal, especially while still navigating the pain. Just wanted to say, you’re seen, you’re respected, and your honesty is deeply impactful. Sending you light and strength on your healing journey.

Hi Shatakshi, I can very much resonate with this...as I, myself going through this betrayal phase from last few months....and I know the pain & mental condition in which I am in apart from the daily ofc tensions etc. There is no one with whom I can share this, it feels. But the show must go on....

Can't appreciate your openness, boldness, courage and positivity enough. While reading this, I feel like I'm reading my own words. Well articulated though. Needs a lot of courage, balance and patience to navigate through such pain. I am experiencing it first hand right now. Hope there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Keep doing the great work you are doing. Hope you will come out of the hardships stronger and soon.

Really appreciate your perspective, I Interned with some best companies globally as well as with some Indian companied, some of them would treat entry level employee as hell. In one of the Indian company I interned the manager would use abusive language.

Shatakshi Sharma (all things career & lifestyle)
55% of employees in India suffer from Anxiety.
But being successful starts with managing your emotions.
Here is why-
Many people don't realize the seriousness of this issue.
But stress can be mentally paralyzing.
You can feel overwhelmed to the point that your thinking freezes.
I am myself going through a painful partner betrayal trauma.
Everyday I wake up, I feel a huge 80kg truck has hit me with new reality that I didn't know about since last 10 years.
People can't see scars, bruises and wounds on my face- but I feel the weight of that truck collission every time I wake up !
As I am coping with this new reality to come out as a warrior-
I'm writing this today with all the hope to educate the other 45% of folks that anxiety exists in many forms:
It can stem from:
1. Perceived slow #career growth.
2. Not making enough money.
3. Inability to manage work with personal relations.
4. Inability to give time for your own personal needs.
5. #Performance issues in toxic competitive environments.
6. Deadline pressure because of artificial busyness created by bosses.
There are more.
***
But know that your reasons for anxiety (or lack of them) can be extremely different from a stranger's.
Today, I lead an organization and team.
And hence if you are a team leader, I want to say don't extract value from them like a resource.
Treat your team like how you'd treat your brother and sister at home.
Treat and respect them like a human first.
Productivity is overrated.
#Success for you isn't about achieving things while your martyrs die.
It is about doing worthwhile things while happy soldiers live to celebrate with you.
That's the true yardstick of success ❤️.
