S. Michael Hampton

Hey! I'm going to start hosting 5-8 week classes through my website. Putting this poll out to see where the interest would be in the way I should format

If you want to keep up with whenever I post them, they'll be here: figuredrawing.info/pages/workshops

@blueberry44.

Hi master Hampton, I would appreciate it if they are affordable for young people 🙏🏼 I admire your methodology and skills. Thank you

I think it depends on the subject and depth/focus of the class. If its more focused like construction and gesture 5 weeks and more complex subject like anatomy 8 weeks.

would be nice to have something with one-to-one feedback for those more advanced or those who went through the books, but yeah that might be a tough one to ask for - probably much more beginners or early hobbyists these days in terms of business, less interest in workshops it seems edit: and probably a huge commitment you’d have to equally be compensated for!

Yo man, I bought all your courses and I have to put it on the table that a perspective course (within the context of constructive drawing) would be what we need from you, after looking through the courses it seems that you gesturize(new word unlocked) and then construct and then re gesturize, and you already have a gesture course - so some information about an approach to construction and the use of simple perspective to understand and analyze forms combined can be an awesome entry to drawing whatever you want, LET ALONE squeezing every drop of knowledge from your current materials (I've only bought the courses on proko so if you do have some rare perspective/construction course that's my bad), thanks for everything! (Edit: I agree that anatomy is very obvious as the next step in the material you're presenting but anatomy teaches you anatomy - construction can be ANYTHING)

Master, I bought your courses on Proko. All of them are wonderful! What is missing now probably the Anatomy because after the construction step, I dont know how to apply the anatomy correctly. I definitely look forward to your new course about anatomy!

@MegaMilkyArt

Can you do a course where you go more into depth on form manipulation and perspective 🙏

@markanthonyart

If the classes include review and feedback of work that would be great. Otherwise just normal video classes are fine. The real value of a class to me is getting feedback. Perhaps having a separate feedback package for a class might work.
