Yeah I think you need to move the fourth one to the left three rotations (270°)

Hmmm, Uh this ones pretty hard, I think move the right air going down right to connect to the air moving down left to connect to the big air going straight that connects to the air moving up and eventually completely this puzzle. Hopes this helps!
