Allah told the Prophet ﷺ: “you are kept busy for long periods of the day.” (73:7)

The days in Makkah were non-stop. He would walk from one person to another, speaking, persuading, being rejected, humiliated, insulted. And then he would try again the next day. It was relentless, like sprinting without pause.

That’s why the night mattered. The calm of prayer at night was not just worship. It was fuel. It was what gave him the strength to carry the Quran into the storm of daylight.

And that’s a reminder for us. Our days feel like a sprint too. Always running. Always breathless. Work, deadlines, family, noise. The hours blur together.

Running harder isn’t the answer. Strength comes from stopping long enough to stand with Allah. Even a few minutes with the Quran in that silence can change how you carry the next day.

Try it yourself. Wake up for a short while tonight, open a surah you know and recite it slowly. Notice how it feels when nothing else is competing.

This dua takes 1 minute inshallah, join us in supplication: Ya Rabbi, all praise, glory and thanks are due to You upon every occasion, and blessings and salutations upon our Nabi s.a.w., the best of creation. Light in us his essence and bring to life his example in our lives, inwardly and outwardly. Forgive our sins and heal our hearts - without You and Your miracles there is no barakah in our endings nor in our starts. Bring us closest to You, Al Latif, Al Jabr, Al Adl... engage us in our solitude with You, embracing, strengthening, nurturing and reassuring our pledge to You and relationship with You. Grant us the ultimate victory, oh Allah... we belong to You and we are being attacked, and our yaqeen can never lack. Block the evil from entering and corrupting our heart, mind, body and soul, and under Your divine protection keep us pure and whole. Oh Allah Jella Jalaluhu, we thank You for the believing people of Palestine - what a people Ya Rabbi!  Owner of the greatest honors, honor the ones You have chosen, those who died in Your cause, and those of us who yearn to return to You in submission, imaan and profound gratitude. We seek protection from everything the prophets a.s. sought from, and ask for every form of goodness they asked of You. Rabbana, protect those of us remaining on earth from all the evil You have created, the punishment of the grave and the torment of the fire. Grant forgiveness and peace to the believing men and women who have returned to You, Ya Rabbi... and forgive us for all of our sins, our mistakes and what we have neglected... You are Al Afuw... we've failed our brothers and sisters and yet You never did and never will, for You are the Almighty Allah. Provide them with whatever they are in need of, and rectify the evil that befalls them throughout the trials they as loyal muslims endure. Multiply their blessings and give them a glimpse of the glorious akhira that awaits them to fuel them even further in their journey, setting the example for ours. Grant the people who stand with us fighting for justice and all the angles of human rights, the gift of guidance, courage, tranquility, pardon and the treasures from Your resources to do what is necessary and beyond. We love them for Your sake and come together under Your Kingdom. Unite us under the banner of this test - the difficulty and devastation are tremendous - You are our only hope! Ya An-Nur, grant us from Yours in endless mercy - throughout our lives in dunya and from beginning to end on the Day where only Your Light will ignite our path and final destination. Help us in our struggles, our trials, correcting our mistakes, nurturing our faith to stand firm upon it, the wisdom to determine between truth and falsehood, and the ability to understand and embrace that which You have decreed. Empower us in ways we never imagined and never saw coming, propell our brothers and sisters in humanity to break free from those who have wronged against us and plan to do so in the future...You are our Wali... Protect us and our families from our enemies, known and unknown, from before until the Day of Judgement. Ya Al Wahab, gift the ummah from Your divinity miracles upon miracles, within and externally, individually and as a family. Beautify us with the character and conduct of Your prophets a.s. to keep us true, and grant us bliss and victory, tailored with Your attributes and qualities, by YOU. Tawakkul here on earth through the 7 skies above, ya Allah liberate us from all forms of occupation with Your power, forgiveness, mercy and endless love ♡ Aameen, Ya Rabbi

Here are some motivating tips from Allah and the Prophet (ﷺ) to help you raise your degrees in Jannah as well as increase your property in Shaa Allah. I) Raise your degrees 1) Memorising the Quran Abd-Allah Ibn 'Amr narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said :"It will be said to the companion of the Quran : Recite and rise in status, recite as you used to recite in the world, for your status will be at the last verse that you recite." [ Tirmidhi and Abu Dawood ] 2) Doing a lot of dhikr Abu Darda (رضي الله عنه) narrates that the Prophet (ﷺ) said :"Shall I not inform you the best and the purest of your deed in the sight of your Master, which is the highest in your degrees, is superior to your spending gold and silver in charity, and is better than confronting and fighting against your enemy, cutting one another's necks?". The companions submitted :"Yes, indeed!". He (ﷺ) said :"It is remembering Allah." [ Sahih Tirmidhi ] 3) Doing good deeds(at least compulsory good deeds) and staying away from bad deeds Allah said :" And whoever comes to Him (Allah) as a believer, and has done righteous good deeds, for such are the high ranks (in the Hereafter)." (Quran 20:75) 4) Doing a lot of nawafil (non compulsory deeds) According to Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said :" Allah said :" Whosoever shows enmity to someone devoted to Me, I shall be at war with him. My servant draws near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have enjoined upon him, and My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory works so that I shall love him. When I love him I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask [something] of Me, I would surely give it to him, and were he to ask Me for refuge, I would surely grant him it. I do not hesitate about anything as much as I hesitate about [seizing] the soul of My faithful servant : he hates death and I hate hurting him." [ Bukhari ] 5) How to earn Jannat ul-Firdaws (highest Jannah) Allah said :"1) Certainly the believers have succeeded : 2) They who are during their prayer humbly submissive, 3) And they who turn away from ill speech, 4) And they who are observant of Zakah, 5) And they who guard their private parts, 6) Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed, 7) But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors, 8) And they who are to their trusts and their promises attentive, 9) And they who carefully maintain their prayers, 10) Those are the inheritors, 11) Who will inherit Al-Firdaws. They will abide theirein eternally." (Quran 23 : 1-11) 6) Making a sincere du'aa that you desire Jannat ul-Firdaws It was recorded in the Two Sahihs that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said :"If you ask Allah for Paradise, then ask Him for Al-Firdaws for it is the highest part of Paradise, in the middle of Paradise, and from it spring the rivers of Paradise, and above it is the Throne of the Most Merciful." [ Bukhari and Muslim ] II) Increase your property II-1) How to earn a palace 1) Reciting 10 times surah 'Ikhlas' The Prophet (ﷺ) said:"Whoever recites Qul huwallaahu aHad (Surah Ikhlaas) ten times, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise." [Saheeh al-Jaami’ al-Sagheer, 6472)] 2) Praying 12 Sunnah rak'aat Narrated by Umm Habibah (رضي الله عنها) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said :"A house will be built in Heaven for one who prays 12 Sunnat Rak'aat in a day and evening as follows : 4 rak'aat before and 2 after the Dhur Prayer, 2 after the Maghrib Prayer, 2 after the 'Ishaa' Prayer and 2 before the Fajr Prayer." [ Tirmidhi ] PS : According to some of the scholars, the 4 rak'aat can be performed by 2 prayers of 2 rak'aat 3) Building a masjid The Prophet (ﷺ) said :"Whoever builds a masjid (mosque) for Allah, Allah will build for him likewise in Paradise." [ Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim ] 4) Abandoning arguments and lies and improving your behaviour Abu Umamah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said :"I am a guarantor for a house on the outskirts of Paradise for whosoever leaves off arguing, even if he is in the right; and a house in the center of Paradise for whosoever abandons falsehood, even when joking; and a house in the upper-most part of Paradise for whosoever makes his character good." [ Abu Dawud ] II-2) How to earn other great things in your property 1) A tree in Jannah The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “I met Ibrahim on the night of my ascent, so he said: ‘O Muhammad, recite Salam from me to your nation, and inform them that Paradise has pure soil and delicious water, and that it is a flat treeless plain, and that its seeds are: “Glory is to Allah (Subḥān Allāh) [and] all praise is due to Allah (Al-ḥamdulillāh) and ‘none has the right to be worshipped but Allah’ (Lā ilāha illallāh), and Allah is the greatest (Allāhu Akbar).” 2) A palm tree in Jannah Hadhrat Jaa'bir (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said :"For the person who recites 'SUBHAN'ALLAH HIL ADHEEM WA BIHAMDIHI' (Pure and Perfect is Allah in his glory and praise], - A date palm will be planted for him in Paradise". [ Tirmidhi ] 3) Treasures of Jannah Hadhrat Abu Dharr (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said :"Should I not tell you of one treasure of the unlimited treasures of Paradise?" I replied spontaneously "Oh Rasul Allah (ﷺ) that would be an honor indeed!" Rasul Allah (ﷺ) said :"That rare is 'LA HAWLA WA LA QUWWATA ILLA BILLAH."(There is no power and no strength except with Allah) [ Ibn Majah ] 4) A particular amazing room Ali (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Indeed in Paradise there are chambers whose outside can be seen from their inside and their inside can be seen from their outside.” A bedouin stood and said: “Who are they for O Prophet of Allah?” He (ﷺ) said: “For those who speak well, feed others, fast regularly and perform Salaat for Allah during the night while the people sleep.” [At-Tirmidhi no. 2527 and authenticated by Al-Albaani and graded Hasan] 5) Hoor Al Ain (women of Paradise) The Prophet (ﷺ) said :"Whoever suppresses anger and he is able to act upon it, then Allah will call him on the day of judgement in front of everyone and make him choose whichever one of the women of Paradise he wants (of Al hoor Al Ayn)". [ Sahih Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud ] 6) An honorable place in Jannah Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Whoever goes to the mosque in the morning and evening, Allah will prepare for him a place in Paradise for every morning and evening.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 631, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 669 PS : Let's not let go of all of these wonderful rewards.
