I've been thinking about making a "how to make youtube videos/video essays" video, and I am mostly wondering if that is something people would be interested in? I know some people would probably be very interested, but also not everyone has aspirations to make stuff on youtube, so yeah I wonder what you'd all be interested in. lemme know.

As a teacher, I’ve shown your videos to my students to demonstrate how to construct and develop an argument (while also engaging them in a subject they’re interested in). I would LOVE a video like this!!

@razbutwo

to be clear, this won't determine whether or not I make it. I am just curious.

You have no idea how valuable that would be for me and other aspiring creators. You're someone I look up to when it comes to creating a story in videos aswell as your editing process aswell. Seeing a video like this would be amazing

I don’t personally have any intentions on making videos at all, but it would be so interesting to see how you go about the process of making your video essays. I would watch it!

@EmberReaper

I mostly like hearing you talk about stuff. It's thought-provoking, engaging, and sincere. It also helps iterate some thoughts I have trouble putting into words about games I have played. So either way I'm content.

I'm a writer but have no video skills at all. Since much of my inspiration comes from video essayists like you it's a dream I can someday make some of my own!

You are genuienly one of the people whom I would want a video like that from the most!

I honestly would watch anything at this point judging by my watch history. You have a perfect "late dinner" voice so you could make a video counting to 10000 and I'd happily watch it while eating my cold pizza.

@Diagonnadie

Would be cool and nice to see the more technical side of it all as well. Just kinda seeing the process of how you go through it would be neat

I wouldn't have interest for myself but I'd probably still watch. I appreciate the insight you bring to the table!

I have actually used your video's as an inspiration before for school projects (which makes them set private). I would love a video like this.

I was just thinking about turning my blog posts into video essays after watching your “Difficulty is Weird” video. You are one of my inspirations as a creator, so I would definitely watch this content! Or heck, make a course out of it.

I’m a big fan of your content RAZ! I found you earlier this month and I haven’t stopped watching. I’m sure people will follow regardless man, but if it’s something you’d like to do get it done! 💯

I'd absolutely love a theory video mixed with the nuts and bolts from brainstorming all the way to completion! I've been interested in making some videos to talk about the things I love but I feel like ironing out the process from start to finish is a bit daunting!

I'm always interested in seeing different creator's processes/workflows for making their videos. It would be great to see one from you.

I have a few video game essays bouncing around in my head that I was planning on rolling out next year getting some pointers of a master of the craft would be amazing.

Your videos are good enough that I might just watch it for entertainment purposes. 5 years ago me would've wanted the content.

This would be awesome! I’m looking into getting into making longer videos and it’d be a huge help to see how it’s done and what the process is like

It would be very useful for creators. The process of making videos can be really messy at the start. Having your thoughts about it would save a lot of headaches for some starters. Every creator has it's own workflow and specifics that can help others to improve. I always come back to Mandalore's video tutorial and Joseph Anderson's video about his channel. Because even if they brought up topics that I already know "how to do", it's nice to have a reference of the people you admire. There are a LOT of little details to take care of while making videos. I'm sure everybody can learn something new thanks to your perspective.
