honestly I hate just how TRUE this statement is. about pretty much EVERYTHING these days. they try to DUMB everything down to baby level of comprehension. and keep it trapped there. not allowing shows to grow with their audiences anymore.

Two things I liked about Prime, all the alternate versions of the characters, and the other was a fan comic where Sonic had a panic attack, showing weakness and just how hard it all has been on him, and that despite Shadow's rage, he is still the kind and caring person that Maria knew.

Is this saying how Sonic Prime was? Well, I didn’t hate it. But I wasn’t drawn in either. However, I loved the dynamic with all the different versions of the characters. I think my favorites were right the Primal or Future ones. And I did like the idea of someone like Tails being the bad guy.

Honestly this joke got old real fast. Like I get Sonic Prime being disappointing for some fans. But I think the fandom forgets that Sonic is an all ages franchise and younger Sonic fan deserves to have stuff for them.

The only good thing about Sonic Prime is the different variants of the characters, because not even new characters like Chaos Sonic are the big thing.

As much as I enjoy Rise, that version of April kind of falls into the 'sassy black girl' trope at times. As much as people praise it, the show does have some odd choices with non white characters. (Ghostbear's design, I've also heard some people consider Splinter's designs, both rat and human, to be an issue as well.) I say this as someone who likes the show and loves April, but I've always noticed that.

Tbh, after the second time I saw it I felt it was done. It's just a statement, there's no room for variations of the joke, it's a boring joke/comparision in general.

I just don’t get it, sonic prime as alot of violence and intense action and an almost death of the main character. Mickey Mouse clubhouse doesn’t have any of that
