If I review a refrigerator, what brand should I look at? Which model?

I inherited a 1984 Whirlpool top-freezer fridge that is awesome. I've put in two capacitors, a thermostat, and recently a condenser fan. Pretty good for 41 years. It still looks good and modern. I think it would have to be physically bashed in by a tornado or house fire before I would replace it.

@Talley.

I would love to see one of those $10k+ double fridges. They’re really big and have better stats than run of the mill fridges, but I’d like to know how they hold up and your opinion on them.

I like your Samsung Bespoke review. Is there another refrigerator that has an internal water pitcher but thinner? Otherwise I would have the bespoke by now. Also, side by side door fridges need to go!

Sub-Zero, please Are they still commercial grade. Are the components no longer American made All appliances have issues, how often do sub-zero refrigerators have issues compared to other brands, like the big box store brands?
