You might recognize Nico's last name, that's because he the cousin to my other OC Nezumi Numanaga.
Unlike his cousin, he's kind of a deviant. Not only does he perform questionable genetic and robotic experiments but he has a weird cat obsession.

CK is a bounty hunter/streamer. Nico is her biggest fan and offered to genetically alter her with cat-like features to improve her combat capabilities. (And because he thought it'd be cute.)
He also made her a bot named Chat-E to personify her live chat and record her streams.
The Nekomatoumatons are an invention of Nico's that he mass-produced to serve and protect him. They can be delicate as well as deadly.
(And they may or may not talk in uwu speak)
