I began fermenting these blueberries three days ago. Only put raw honey to their top and turned them 4-5 times a day. To prevent mold. Now I am putting this delicious probiotic flavor in my tea, and many other ideas to enhance nutrition and flavor. A win win scenario. Use your imagination.
