Some real bangers there. I'd add the Fatal Frame trilogy, though.

Condemned criminal origins was the first game I played that scared me with its atmosphere jump scare attacks and most of the time being with out a gun. And crime scene investigations made it feel like a found footage "real" type of game. The first up in your face first person horror i experienced. Aside from the ending moments it eas a pretty grounded game dealing with realistic criminals and psychos which felt close to home in a real world scenario of scary people versus most other horrors games of the time with monsters

The Fatal Frame series was my bread and butter. Getting IV localized after what 15 years was a dream come true 😊

Clock Tower 3, Doom and Condemned were the games I remember my dad playing growing up.

I remember Parasite Eve... I was in a psych ward at a local hospital, and one of our caretakers brought in a PS1. Another patient put the game in, and showed me a few cutscenes - like the rat transformation. Game's title has been living rent free in my head ever since as one of those weird games other people played.

Yeah...the Central Park cutscene from Parasite Eve messed me up for a good couple of nights. 😅 As did the chestburster scene in Resident Evil 3

Not having the first Silent Hill case in that collection is a sin, that coverart is iconic and I still remember how freaked out I was when that thing crashed through the diner window.

Second Sight was another great one. It got released at around the same time as PsyOps The Mindgate Conspiracy which overshadowed it. Both used psychic abilities (telekinesis, pyrokinesis, illusions, ect) as a major game mechanic though Second Sight went heavy with disturbing images especially considering you start off the game as a patient in an insane asylum with your goal being to escape.
