For someone focused on capital growth, would you prefer to purchase a property, make minimum repayments and pump the rest of your pay into stock, or would you pay off the mortgage off as fast as possible, gaining equity in the house and using it to purchase your next?

How do normies search for good property deals? One where you can almost get equity right away or perhaps an upper-fixer. Aside from connection, what other steps to take? If it's just connection, how do one start building that sort of connection? (Seller agents aren't the friendliest people these days....) I bet many would wanna know about the strategy behibd this. Advice for a young family (2 adults, 2 kids) to get into the market. Both earning roughly 65k each, minimal savings, only debt is 25k left on a car loan, both sets of parents able to help with deposit. Are the FHOG on offer worth it? Seems like the only way in at the moment… Cheers!
