Rich Brown - The Brown'stone

Hey there, friends & neighbours!

I hope you're all doing very well. The one question I get asked more than any other is, "Do you give private lessons?" The answer has been no (for the most part), but I'm seriously considering the idea of taking on private students (of all levels) sometime within the next few months. I know these YT posts won't reach a majority of my friends and neighbours, but I am wondering how many of you would be into taking private one-on-one lessons with me online.

@sirjaunty1

Just found your channel. I'm going right back to basics and there is no-one better I've found to teach me. I've paid out a fair bit with bass buzz and talking bass, but, Sir, you are like a breath of fresh air to my meagre skill set when it comes to all things bass. Cheers, man. All my very best wishes. Oh, yes, I proper subbed🙂

I would love that! I'm a beginner and have been watching your videos. I resonate with how you teach, and I respect your talent!

That would be AMAZING! I have found it a bit challenging to find a bass teacher where I live. I was in a band and that fell apart so haven’t played in about a year but want to get back into it. I love your epic musical style and your super chill laid back teaching style, what an awesome combo and when I saw your videos, I always thought, it would be cool to be able to take lessons from you.

@KingRufus2011

I would love some lessons! In particular, building on what you’ve taught in your videos around groove, rhythms, soloing, etc.

I picked up the bass a month ago and I’m already impressed with myself thanks to you! Your beginner series got me really comfortable with the instrument. If there’s anyone I’d take lessons from it’s you. Though it would suck if we got less videos from your time being taken up due to lessons.
