We just renovated and a couple of unsolicited tips from me we have put towel rails at 900 and 1500 off the floor but I would have liked them a bit further apart more like 900 and 1700 or even 1800. Makes sure your tap comes out a bit further than your sketch, centre with the drain and a bit higher. I can't remember off top of my head but ours are like 100-200mm higher than top of sink which is so comfy. Get well soon!

Hope you feel better soon. Vertical heated towel rail is more effective in drying and space saving in small bathroom

Get well Scott, I'm 60, and just opened a larger furniture/cabinet shop. Down days are no fun. Thanks for your hard earned content. j.g.

Bathroom is next on my list after kids’ rooms(2 out of 3 are done). It is demolished and planned and most things are bought- will appreciate your advice for sure!

Scott Brown Carpentry
Scott Brown here. I’ve been sick this week, nothing serious.
But it means no video. On a positive note, it gave us time to do other things we have been putting off.
We made some progress planning the next stage of our home renovation, the bathroom!
Stay tuned for next week’s exciting episode
