They already do, even without much help from hospitals. Healthier food, easier access to and more time for enriching hobbies and exercise, less stress. Those will all prolong life on average, and then obviously better healthcare

Eventually everything comes down in price to capture more money from a broader base. Starts at the top like laser eye surgery then the equipment gets mass produced and more doctors go into eye surgery and the price comes down. Same for plastic surgery.

Rich people already get better stuff.They live longer.They have better food. A rich person is always going to do Better than a Poor person As a poor person. All I can say is. Just enjoy the good times before they're over. If you got a hamburger to eat, enjoy it, it might be Your last one.

We can't hate the rich for having it better. That's what most of them worked for. Many of the rich create jobs and give to charities. The poor wouldn't be poor if they had the same as the rich.
