I'm adding a teaspoon of coconut oil to my coffee with no sugar, and I cut soda. Still got other changes to make, but it's a start.

I have so much going on. After Bariatric surgery now 43 yrs old I’ve had a stent in my leg and an amputation of toe. Malnourishments everywhere taking 13 prescriptions a day plus infusions. Idk how I can get all my vitamins and minerals without taking 14 more pills! I’ve excepted that my drs done care and I’ll die soon.

I started working out regularly for the first time in ages. I also committed to drinking more water because I was really bad about not drinking any water. And cutting out chips completely. Surprisingly, at about day five of challenging myself to get healthy, my left ear got louder. It was so unexpected I looked around, wondering what just happened. 😄 I feel like I can breathe better, too. I'm trying to get my husband on board, but he's not there yet. Thank you, Dr. Livinggood, for all the encouragement. It is really helping me on my journey. ✨

Doing a 72 hour fast at the moment, was on a full time 36 hour fast, just keep going,72 hours seems enough. I only eat 4 meals a week, well this week 3, but its a big meal, 4 eggs 250gm of meat, 4 slice of bread with butter and maybe a couple peanut butter sandwhiches, some nuts and maybe 3 coffees with honey and dark chocolate. Don't feel like another meal after that. Also go for walks, just trying to lose weight.

I watch all of your videos! I'm learning so much and have a lot of baking to do with digestion and high cholesterol. I refuse to take a statin and want of thyroid medication! Im making baby steps..but i havent eaten out in 6weeks....no sugar when possible, avocado everyday, eggs for breakfast.. My glucose is way down and im using only 1/3 as much. Insulin..i hope to be insulin free in months...in type 2 diabetes remission by next year this time.
