Dr. Mindy Pelz

Menopause asks one of the most powerful questions a woman will ever face: Who are you living for?

For so long, we’ve poured our energy into everyone else - our families, our careers, our responsibilities - until there’s nothing left for ourselves.

But this transition isn’t a punishment; it’s a wake-up call.

The irritability, the fatigue, the emotional shifts - they’re not signs of decline, they’re signals for realignment. Your body is asking you to stop living for approval and start living from truth.

This is your invitation to step into freedom, to lead with intuition, and to finally live a life that’s yours. It’s time to age like a girl - wild, wise, and unapologetically alive 🦋

Age Like A Girl - your complete guide to menopause and my newest book - is available for preorder! Order your copy to receive an exclusive 30-minute sneak peek from my upcoming Age Like a Girl course inside my Reset Academy, where I’ll walk you through how to fully age like a girl 💙 f.mtr.cool/lugozkparz

Sorry but I’m tired of older menopausal women taking about how beautiful it is. Sure, I’ll take the wisdom and confidence that come with age and life experience but an aging body no matter healthy you are sucks. I’d stay 30 forever if I could.

Wow. That was a very "be selfish" sounding post. I believe in fasting. I love fasting and hormone balancing, but you don't have to stop serving and doing good for others to take care of your own body.
