The Law of Attraction always works…🧲 Do you practice REFRAMING?
It’s early Sunday morning, and my wife Monika read to me one of the “secret cards”, which she reads as part of the morning routine after her meditation session and her gratitude journal. 📝 What an important message that we all need to be reminded of from time to time:
FEELINGS are powerful manifestors, they really are.
I realize how important it is to be mindful and intentional about our feelings. At the same time, I also realize that some things are much easier said than done because life is full of surprises. Some are great, and some are not.
One of the things that helps me a lot is “REFRAMING”.
It’s a mental technique that allows me to change the context and see things in a much more positive and constructive light. It’s easy to be grateful when things go well, and even then many people (including myself) forget to stop for a moment and truly appreciate.
It’s much more difficult to be grateful when things don’t go our way… That’s when we have a chance to practice reframing:
Problems in life can be seen as challenges, and they all bring powerful lessons. If we choose to look for these lessons, they make us stronger. Looking for these lessons can help us feel better even while going through challenges. It’s important, because feelings truly are powerful manifestors.
So what about situations that don’t appear to have ANY potential for good feelings?
That’s where FAITH is very important. You can always choose to believe there is something to be grateful for, and your faith makes you feel better. When you feel better you “attract better”.
This is also part of INTEGRATIVE healthcare. (Psychoneuroimmunology)
Ultimately it’s your choice how intentional you want to be about your feelings.
It helps me a lot, so I wanted to share this with you.
